The dedicated Concierge staff at The Orchard is at your service to make arrangements prior to your arrival and tend to any requests during your stay. Whatever your needs may be – dining reservations, tee times, spa treatments or babysitting – your Concierge is ready to help you enjoy a carefree and memorable stay.
Stewardship
Light daily services are provided for Owners as well as a full cleaning at the end of each stay.
Pre-Arrival Grocery Shopping
Upon request, your favorite foods, beverages, and necessities - including any of the organic and artisanal groceries, wines and products at MARKET - will be stocked in your Cottage just prior to your arrival.
Room Service
Complete room service is available when a snack or full meal sounds like the most indulgent and comfortable dining option in your Orchard home.
Long Term Storage Service
All Owners at The Orchard will have access to secure, temperature-controlled storage for wine and personal items. Upon request, stored items will be placed in your residence prior to arrival, ensuring that every visit is hassle-free.
